Hi all! We volunteers at SL12B would like to wish our world a happy 12th year. It’s an amazing grid, and gets better and better each day.
We asked our fellow residents to apply for exhibitor plots within our party regions, and folks came through big. The theme this year is “What Dreams May Come”, a part of Hamlet’s most quoted soliloquy.
The residents’ dreams are as varied as their avatars. It’s awesome to see them collected in one place, and a bit overwhelming as well!
Since I’m part of the staff again this year as the Land Team Lead and Infrastructure/Roads Builder, I’ve been able to play be on the party regions from the beginning. I chronicled the event building process for the major parts. Enjoy!

You’ll have to stop by to see the finished Cake Stage. 😀

The regions open at noon on the 21st. We are expecting the regions to be busy and full (especially the stages!) right off the bat, so you may need to come in through one of the exhibitor regions.

There will be events in FIVE locations throughout the week, pretty much throughout each of the days of the main event. Check the schedule on the day you’re planning to attend, stuff changes on occasion. First life, y’know..

I really do suggest arriving via the Welcome Area. It’s something special this year, and well worth a visit. If you can, activate advanced lighting and definitely have your sound turned on.
